Capacity depends on the type of event and setup. Cellar 54 is ideal for gatherings of 100 to 200 guests, depending on layout and event style.

A $500 deposit is required to secure your date. Once your booking is confirmed, Makayla will reach out to review all the details and finalize your event plan.
Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your event date.

In the case of emergency conditions (such as severe weather or health-related issues), we offer the option to reschedule the event within 12 months of the original date, subject to availability. All cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to: info@cellar54.com

Our preferred catering partners make planning seamless, though you’re welcome to bring in your own caterer if you’d like.

Parking is easy. Our building has a free attached garage, and additional street parking is available nearby for a small fee

Yes. However, they cannot be affixed to the walls in any way. Anything you bring in for your event must be removed without causing any damage to our venue. The only exception to this rule is if you use painter’s tape to affix items to our wall. Please note any damages will incur a fee to be deducted from your security deposit.

Yes, we have a beautiful built-in bar to make your event even more special. Just connect with Makayla to add bar service to your booking

As a new entertainment and event venue, we currently have plenty of availability, but we don’t expect that to last long. If you have a date in mind, now’s the perfect time to book and secure your spot at Cellar 54
